Deja Williams (CEO)
“I have always been the one in my family to get all the children together. Rather it was babysitting, taking them all to party, going out for fun, you name it! I love children, and they gravitate towards me the same. Growing up, I’ve always spoke of wanting to own my own child care facility one day and everyone would encourage me to do it because they knew it was my passion. I am trustworthy, creative, open-minded, patient, have great communication skills, and great at decision making. I have helped tutor students in elementary and middle school. I have also led children’s study courses while I attended Cathedral of Hope Nondenominational Church. I have plenty of experience nurturing children and I know that Generation To Generation LLC will further my love and dedication towards creating better children of the future.”
Sandra Williams (Director)
“I have multiple years of teaching and training children. I’ve had a vision for teaching and helping to develop children since I myself was a little girl. I obtained my BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate, which will assist with any emergencies that may occur. I also have an Administrative Diploma which certifies me to manage and oversee all of the business aspects, such as bookkeeping, correspondence, registration, record keeping, and similar tasks. I have a Doctorate’s Degree in Biblical Studies, and I’ve been ordained as an Evangelist. This allows me to assist with counseling when needed. I’m very compassionate and have a heart to listen with confidentiality.”
Marian Smith (CEO)
“It is my goal to provide as much as possible to the young and old, to my community and society. My aim is to assist with the wellbeing of all…through physical activities. If you feel good about yourself—your self-esteem increases; if you’re burning calories—you’re also burning excessive salt and sugar in the body; also, an environment filled with physical activities promotes healthy social skills which prevents loneliness, inactive brain cells and a lack of skills that can be acquired as well as passed on.”
